Detailed Introduction

DentalWorks is a prominent brand in the dental healthcare industry, operating as a network of dental practices across multiple states. While there are some entities with similar names, the provided website "dentalworks.com" clearly points to a network of dental offices that offer a broad spectrum of dental services. This network appears to be supported by DentalOne Partners, one of the nation's largest dental service management organizations. DentalWorks aims to provide comprehensive and accessible oral healthcare, catering to patients of all ages, from children to adults and seniors. Their services encompass: General Dentistry: This includes routine examinations, professional cleanings, fluoride treatments, tooth-colored fillings, dental sealants, and mouthguards, all focused on preventative care and maintaining overall oral health. Restorative Dentistry: DentalWorks offers solutions for damaged or missing teeth, such as crowns, bridges, dental implants, and partial or complete dentures. Cosmetic Dentistry: For patients looking to enhance their smiles, services like teeth whitening, veneers, and minor cosmetic adjustments are available. Specialized Services: Many DentalWorks locations also provide more specialized treatments, including orthodontics (for teeth straightening), periodontics (gum disease treatment), and oral surgery (such as wisdom tooth extractions and root canals). The brand emphasizes a patient-centric approach, striving to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. They are committed to leveraging state-of-the-art technology for precise diagnoses, minimally invasive treatments, and enhanced patient comfort. DentalWorks also offers programs like the "DentalWorks Advantage" membership, which provides discounts on various dental care services, making quality dental care more affordable for their patients. Their network extends across various locations, as indicated by the presence of numerous offices listed on their website, including the Cranberry Township location in Pennsylvania. The overall focus of DentalWorks is to change the dental space by empowering dental professionals to focus on clinical excellence while administrative aspects are efficiently managed.

My family dentist retired and I have been on the search for a new one. I was happy because this practice had availability within a few weeks of scheduling . I get to the appointment and was taken back on time. The hygienist was extremely nice. I had x-rays which took about 45 minutes. Said they do 18 different views. (Was never notified of an extra charge) .

She told me MULTIPLE times she saw nothing of concern and that the X rays looked great! After the X Rays , I go back to the dental chair to get a teeth cleaning . Well, so I thought. Even though I was told multiple times when I scheduled that I was getting a cleaning , I was apparently scheduled as a check up . . . which doesn't include a cleaning?! Which was my whole point in going !! Then after having no pain or any issues with my teeth was told I need a crown and four cavities filled. Also ,after being told my X rays looked great with no concerns!! Wouldn't I feel this and some amount of discomfort if I had 5 seperate issues in my mouth? I was there almost 2 hours!! They wanted to schedule cleaning and then the fillings and crown.

Told them NO THANK YOU. I want a second opinion. THEN the front desk proceeds to tell me that I won't be charged the extra $40 for the special X ray since I was so unhappy with my experience! Which i never consented to extra or special x rays. I work in a doctors office and know that it is not a correct practice to perform something that will incur out of pocket charges without telling the patient. So here I am with 2 hours wasted and teeth that still need cleaned ! If you are a sucker for blowing money on dental issues that may or may not be real go here. After talking to a friend after my appointment, said she went here a few years ago and was told she had 5 cavities and then got a 2nd opinion and didn't! I wouldn't even give one star if I was able. The hygienist was so friendly she was the only positive from the whole experience! And forget calling ! They use a call center which is infuriating and impossible to deal with!!

I have been trying to schedule for 2 days. What a nightmare trying to deal with the service that answers the phone. I just want to speak with someone in the office who can tell me for sure they do not take my insurance! They are on my list, but when I call I can barely understand what they are saying. .

ugh. . This does not pertain to the actual practice, but they should consider making so that you can speak with someone there.

So far so good I came and in to office and Emma's each staff member came into office the greeted me, the deep cleaning was affordable only 32 with insurance. During my exam the explanation of everything was clear and detailed. And they scheduled my root connel within the next week. Staff very personable and professional. Awesome experience 😁

My wife was having pain from her one tooth, and I called Dental Works to make an appointment for her. Since she wasn't a current patient, we thought there might be a problem getting an appointment. We were surprised that we could get one within two days. The staff and Dr. Loedding were great. We plan to have all of our future dental work done there.
