Detailed Introduction

DentalWorks is a prominent dental care network dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate oral health services. With a focus on patient-centered care, DentalWorks offers a broad spectrum of dental treatments, catering to the needs of individuals and families across various locations. Their services typically encompass general dentistry, which includes routine cleanings, exams, preventive treatments, and fillings. Beyond general care, DentalWorks specializes in orthodontics, offering solutions like traditional braces and clear aligners (such as Invisalign) to correct misalignments and improve bite functionality. The brand is also known for its cosmetic dentistry services, which aim to enhance the aesthetic appeal of smiles through procedures like teeth whitening, veneers, and bonding. For more complex dental needs, DentalWorks provides advanced treatments such as dental implants for tooth replacement, periodontics for gum disease treatment, and oral surgery for extractions and other surgical procedures. They also offer dentures and partials to restore function and appearance for patients with missing teeth. DentalWorks emphasizes a comfortable and welcoming environment, utilizing modern dental tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective treatments. Their approach often involves tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs, desires, and budgets. The company's commitment to patient well-being extends to addressing dental emergencies, often offering same-day appointments for urgent issues like toothaches or injuries. Many locations also offer patient membership programs, like "DentalWorks Advantage," which provide discounts on various services. While the specific services and office details may vary by location, the overarching mission of DentalWorks is to deliver quality dental care that promotes long-term oral health and confidence.

I’ve recently started coming here with my children after a long time of trying to find a good dentist. I love the management, love the staff and of course the doctor as well. We all love the doctor’s work ethic. She was gentle and patient with each one of us. I could give 5 star but this place definitely needs some cleanliness, carpet/floor work and bathroom update.

First I would like to say everyone is very nice at this dental office. The cleanliness how welcoming the staff were. Love that part! The part that threw me off was when I was taken to the back and even though I asked questions being as it was my first day with them I’m a new client. I thought for new clients we didn’t get any work done we just got the standard care (checking the health of the mouth and X-rays and all that good stuff).

When I was taken back despite my questions about already having my dental history and everything the dental assistant put sealant on my teeth and when we were done we came to the front and found out she had pulled up the wrong patient on the computer but had me there on paper. She just brushed it off by saying how “I already needed it anyway” and the woman sitting at the front desk asking her about this looked confused but then told me at the end “ we will run this through your insurance and if there are any payments we will contact you”. Now I’m confused because I asked the questions in the back to make sure this is what I was supposed to be getting done, the dental assistant did not double check the chart on the computer to make sure the correct patient was on her screen but only on paper. So why would I have to pay anything when this was a disservice to me.

Now once the sealant is in there is no taking it out so there’s nothing I can do now. I was seeing an orthodontist from another dental network somewhere else and I’m glad this didn’t mess up my other plans for the health of my mouth, but why would I be needing to make any payments for YOU GUYS mistake????

I've been going to this dental office for a few years now, and I've always had a great experience. The office staff are super friendly and I've always enjoyed the doctors and the dental hygienists. I believe in the last 6-9 months, they've gone through a pretty significant staff/ownership change. Based on my visit today, they are slowly (but surely) working through the kinks and getting new staff up to speed. Although my visit took more time than usual, I still left with top tier medical advice and a fresh set of pearly whites.

This office will only get better with time. If you're new and looking for a solid dental office, I'd give them a shot. Just go in with some extra grace as they recruit new staff, update the space, and fix their admin workflows.

We had a wonderful experience at DentalWorks & Orthodontics in Robinson Township. Beth, EFDA, was absolutely amazing with my daughter Cora. She was kind, patient, and made Cora feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. It’s clear Beth truly cares about her patients. Highly recommended!
