Terrible office. I scheduled an opening 9am appointment. They scheduled 4 appointments for 9 am with only 2 Doctors/ dental assistants working. Called the last person to arrive for their 9:00 a. m. Appointment back at 9:10. Didn't call the next person until 9: 20. Finally brought me back at 9:25 but I think just to get me out of the waiting room because they sat me in a chair for 10 minutes until I went back up and questioned why I was still waiting for my 9:00 a.

m. Appointment. They told me that they didn't have enough time to do all the work and that they wouldn't be doing the cleaning today. Just x-rays. I told them that's unacceptable and to cancel my appointment. What a terrible way to do business. Like don't make appointments that you can't honor.

Everyone was very nice, from the front office lady to the lady who took xrays to the doctor. I had to wait awhile but I was told ahead of time that I might have to wait a bit longer than usual ahead of time. They kept me in the loop and I appreciated that.

Took my daughter here in June 2024. The dentist, Brian Del Carlo, was very nice and we were happy with the service. Today I received a call from a collection agency stating I owed $32 and the dentist office sent me to collections. I called the office to attempt to rectify, as I had not gotten one phone call or email stating there was any balance due in the past year. The woman in the office told me they use a third party and don’t have any records on their end about collection efforts.

She also told me that since I didn’t pay before I left, it was out of her hands. I have dental insurance, so it was impossible for me to pay until they processed the insurance claim. Keep in mind, my insurance paid this office $505! She also told me that my account has been blocked and I have to work with the collection agency. Initially, I would have recommended this company but based on their terrible, third-party billing practices, I do not recommend. I would have happily paid the $32 balance had they called me once.

But they chose to send me to collections, with not even a phone call or mail to collect first. They also lost a repeat customer and I will be sure to share this terrible experience.

I’ve waited one year to get an implant impression done and it’s going to take another three weeks to get the crown. The billing issues have been a nightmare they made me pay a $1900 dollar balance that I disputed to get my implant stating they will still investigate knowing the office staff has completely changed. They billed me another $776 yesterday without providing a status on my dispute for $1900.

Please be careful at this location and review your insurance coverage prior to making payments.
