Detailed Introduction

DentalWorks is a prominent dental care brand with a network of offices across various states, including Illinois and Ohio. The brand, under the umbrella of DentalOne Partners (which was acquired by Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners), aims to provide comprehensive and accessible dental services to families and individuals. The Forest Park, IL location, DentalWorks & Orthodontics Forest Park, exemplifies the brand's offerings. Located at 7235 Madison St, Forest Park, IL, this office provides a wide range of dental treatments. Their services typically include: General Dentistry: This covers routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and preventive care to maintain overall oral health for patients of all ages. Orthodontics: DentalWorks offers various orthodontic solutions, from traditional braces to clear aligners like Invisalign, to help patients achieve straighter, healthier smiles and address issues like crowding, gaps, overbites, and underbites. Cosmetic Dentistry: For those looking to enhance their smile's aesthetics, they provide procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, and other cosmetic treatments. Oral Surgery: This includes more complex procedures like wisdom teeth removal and other surgical interventions for dental needs. Dental Implants: They offer solutions for replacing missing teeth with dental implants, providing a stable and long-lasting option. Periodontics: Care for gum disease and other periodontal issues. Emergency Dental Care: Prompt and compassionate care for urgent dental situations like toothaches, cracked teeth, or injuries, with options for same-day appointments. DentalWorks emphasizes a patient-centric approach, focusing on comfort and utilizing modern dental technologies for precise diagnoses and minimally invasive treatments. They strive to create a welcoming environment and often highlight their commitment to making dental care easy and convenient for patients, including offering membership plans like "DentalWorks Advantage" for savings on various services. While the "DentalWorks USA" entity, which focused on workers' compensation dental claims, rebranded to HeadsUp Healthcare in late 2021 to expand beyond just dental to all "above the neck" injuries, the core DentalWorks brand for general consumer dental practices appears to continue its operations.

They were so kind and welcoming and I was pretty anxious about coming to the dentist after a while of not receiving care! They also explained everything clearly and helped provide options for care plans!

Stay away from this place THEY’RE HORRIBLE! The first time I visited the location my appointment was scheduled for 5 o’clock when I arrived the doctor made a comment ‘I could have been home by now’. She was very short and not open to answer my questions. I got an estimate of how much I was going to pay for all the work I needed, when I went back to get two teeth pulled they were trying to charge me $150 when they quoted me zero. When I went back to get a crown for my front teeth, my appointment was scheduled at 4:30.

I arrived at 4:15 when I got to see the doctor it was like 435 and she started complaining about the appointment being scheduled too late saying that she did not have the focus or the energy to do the work. She said that I needed to reschedule the appointment for an earlier time. When I said, why did you guys scheduled my appointment at 4:30 if it was too late for you. she said well, we’re still trying to get this business up and running and we’re still having problems communicating with the front desk.

she then says, but if you want I can go ahead and do the work, I said no thank you I’m clearly an inconvenience for you. I had more issues with the but I don’t want to make this review longer than what it already is

Don’t come here. The people are nice, but for some reason every time I come here my teeth feel worse than before. They ruined my sealants that I got from a previous dentist, and now I can’t floss between three of my back molars. It’s one big tooth. Took x rays without telling me to take out my earrings which they are supposed to, no care, no mouth rinses.

I take pride in my oral hygiene and I’ve never had dental problems until I came here this last year. Get a second opinion before following through on procedures here. I recommend West Gate Dental Recommenting 2 weeks later. They gave me a filling where I wasn’t even having tooth sensitivity and now I am. I can’t chew on that side of my mouth without a shot to the nerve there.

I really really hate that I let them play around in my mouth. I’ve never had a cavity and suddenly I have one 6 months after I first saw you? Do not go here. Don’t even trust them with cleanings. Get a second opinion if you can before letting them do any drilling of any sort in your mouth.

Yesterday I had a great experience at DentalWorks & Orthodontics Forest Park. The front desk staff Sue and the other young lady was very helpful with my check-in process and also with scheduling for my follow up appointment. Dr. Noreen and her dental assistant were amazing.

They both made sure my extractions procedure went well. They made sure I was was comfortable and relax during the whole process. Definitely will be referring others to come here.
