Dr. Pass and her team are wonderful. However, the hygienist at the Aurora office needs training. She refused to perform cleaning/deep cleaning on my teeth several times because she thinks I needed to see a periodontist. I went to the periodontist and the periodontist said my case isn't as bad as the hygienist claimed.

So they offered to perform the deep cleaning that my hygienist turned down. After asking my hygienist what was going on, she told my orthodontist that I declined treatment and blood pressure. How would I travel an hour to see you multiple times and then decline the treatment I came for. I was very disappointed to hear this.

I scheduled an appointment on the phone Monday for Friday. Was told they had availability and received text confirming my appointment for Friday. I come in for my appointment and the office is closed. I call customer service and they told me the office is closed on Fridays.

Why was I told they had a availability Friday and allowed to schedule an appointment just to arrive and be told the office is closed every Friday. I received no email text or call notifying me this any point throughout the week so I could reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been going to DentalWorks Aurora for a few years now and honestly it’s the best dental care I’ve ever received. Dr. Trakakis always talks me through everything he’s doing and his calm demeanor keeps me calm in the chair. His team is also excellent to work with. Honestly, always a positive experience.

I was very unhappy with this establishment especially the Aurora location. They have the ability to schedule appointments through text but somehow the signals got crossed and I was schedule for pain with my teeth instead of a cleaning. When asked if I could get the cleaning they stated I needed to X-rays and the hygienist was not in today. I drove 40 minutes for them to schedule me for the wrong appointment.

When I reached out to the text number, they stated the hygienist was out sick. Too many different stories and seemed very unorganized. I won’t be back.
