Had no history of me in their database despite my email reminders, text reminders, and having filled out my pre paperwork. They were going to try to fit me in but needed to “conduct a new patient exam to see what kind of cleaning I needed” and couldn’t just clean my teeth. I have used several different dentists over the years and have always been able to schedule a new patient cleaning without an issue.

Seems like their system needs updating and they’re just trying to create more opportunities to bill you. Waste of my time.

Called to reschedule and the call taker was incredibly rude, out of nowhere she said there's an $80 cancellation fee which I was never notified of in any type of email or verbally. I asked for a confirmation that I was notified and she gave me more attitude. She didn't say anything at the end except "Ok" . . . not a thank you, youre all set, have a good day . . . .

it was incredibly awkward hanging up. I guess she was mad I asked about the cancelation policy. As if my appointment altered her personal life. I had to ask her which dentist she re booked me with. . . I honestly love the dentists and assistants because they've helped my anxiety SO much and I dont want to go anywhere else, so I hope the call center hires people who have basic manors and maybe have some education under their belt. This staff member sounded ignorant and uneducated entirely to be honest.

I had a new set of dentures make a couple years ago. I had a lot with them not fitting properly after several visits to the facility the dentist told me that I would have to just used to them. This not the first set of dentures I have had. After trying to wear them I didn’t have much luck with them.

A short time after receiving them I was eating a hamburger and one of the lower teeth fell out. After several trips to the facility and talking to the lady who told me she was the office manager she told me that someone would get in touch with me about my problems. After 5 trips no one has bothered to call or email me. Any help would be appreciated I did spend a lot of money Thank you
