As far as the actual hygienists and dentists themselves, they are great. However I have been struggling with disorganization in the office staff and the Western Dental/Dental Works Company itself. I am writing this review to hopefully get the attention of someone as I have called 5 different times yesterday speaking to various people and have called many more times over the last few months with no resolution. I can never get a hold of the office itself but always get transferred to a "customer service representative" who has no connection to the office and no ability to fix the problem. My insurance changed before my last appointment and I updated it by calling the company before I went. Then when I got to my appointment I updated my insurance for a second time which the office staff wrote down on paper which was apparently lost or ignored.

The claim was sent to my old insurance the next day. Once I found out that had happened, I immediately called the office and updated my insurance over the phone for the 3rd time in which I was told they would send a new claim right away. A few weeks later I get the bill that still hasn't been sent to my new insurance. . . I called a 4th time last week and they had made a typo in the insurance name which they fixed.

My new insurance still has not received a claim and the Dental company is still trying to make me pay the bill for a cleaning that will be covered by my insurance. I was almost in tears yesterday as I tried talking to another person who still couldn't help me. I would very much appreciate being contacted or having an email I can reach out to. This has been going on since January. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I will likely be looking for a different dentist.
