Had a minor emergency. Cracked my tooth on a Friday with a wedding on Saturday. They were able to get me in and the fix, which took all of 10 minutes was perfect. I found myself a new dentist.

Love the dentist. However. I felt the dental assistant was a bit rough and uncaring of my needs. Tried to get me in and out and stabbed me several times with the suction piece in my mouth. I had scanned my insurance card and sent it over and still had to wait until they figured out how to bill me (right in front of me).

Then they took me to get my work done that I was scheduled for with full insurance. A little uncoordinated, but the dentist is one of the best I have ever had. Really hard to find pleasant and efficient office support. U

I had a hard time w dentist Dr Bibbar. She refused to clean my teeth because she felt I needed a deep cleaning for 1 tooth n would be charging an xtra $154 to do. I was going out of town w/in 12 hrs n didn’t want any pain. She said No and would not let me have the reg cleaning n come back for the 1 tooth. So needless to say they took 18 X-rays full month that she also said I had to have. Then told me after I requested to speak to her again after I was sitting there a long time waiting again for someone to come in,she wouldn’t be cleaning my teeth that day. I was so upset I paid my co pay n left.

She was also demanding a release from a dr from a previous surgery over a year ago. Which I told her I didn’t need. It was a mess. I had never been treated like that before in my life. Won’t be going back. Now I need to figure out how I can get my teeth cleaned n get a second opinion on work needing to be done.

Ended up going to another dentist. This place is trash. Doctor is arrogant. I went in for gum pain and at first they had the wrong chart up so the lady started looking at and doing stuff to my teeth asking where my inplants were…. I don’t have any. First red flag was starting to treat me with the wrong persons X-rays and chart. Second. I was left in the room for 15 mins then someone came to clean the room and told me I could go.

They left me back there. I was so flustered i went to the front desk to see why I was not spoken to or nothing. The lady asked the people in the back and they had decided to share my information with my mother and not me… I’m 22 years old. I did not give them permission to discuss with any family members. Pretty much a violation of hippa. Overall horrible experience and they didn’t even check me out properly. I am afraid to go back so I found another place.
