The absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to! This is the second time I went to the dentist and every single time I’ve been there it’s always something. The phone service when calling dental works put me on for the complete wrong service so after being pushed back 45 minutes from my appointment, I come into not even being able to get the cavities filled that I needed to. And then I was harassed because it took me two months to come back after I was originally told that I have cavities. The hygienist Dorothy was not nice at all.

It was bickering with me. And I was basically told that because I’m a sign to a regular doctor the other ones can’t even see me even though I’ve literally waited for my appointment to have my cavities filled and still nothing. It was DentalWorks fault that I was scheduled for the wrong thing and was showing up and waiting for my appointment. I still got nothing done.

Basically I was told they would only see me if I was in pain. Will never be coming back and will definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

I love this dentist office and the people in it! All my adult life I have had dentists I just didn’t like or trust, I’m glad I found Dental Works! They don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need-they’re honest and upfront, Making appointments are super easy and they do everything from the same office (my previous dentist would refer me out to a “specialist” if I needed a root canal)-I actually look forward to my dentist appointments now. And for those negative reviewers complaining about billing….

they give me an itemized bill each time I visit explaining the costs and I pay my portion the day of the visit, if anything is due (I have really good insurance) — no problem with billing

Very bad experience from making an appointment, to checking in with the front desk, to meeting the dentist. The hygienist was the only pleasant person there. I DEFINITELY won’t be going back there and won’t recommend them to anyone

The staff and dentist here are great. Everyone was very nice and did their best to walk me through everything. Each step of the process, I felt that they were all genuinely trying to make sure I had a good experience. In the end, they thoroughly explained the work I needed done, but I never felt pressured into anything. Overall, it was a great visit and I would recommend them.
