Am an existing patient who made an appointment for a cleaning. As is always the case with the dentist they did a quick exam beforehand but told me I’d have to make another appointment for a cleaning later in the week. This occurred only after I waited an hour in the waiting room and 30 mins in the chair. The dentist who gave me an “exam” spent all of 5 mins in the room and never said a word to me other than telling me to make a cleaning appointment as she walked away, never even turning around to look at me or respond to my questions. The receptionist was helpful is trying to squeeze me in and they finally managed.

The dental hygienist was very kind as well. But frankly no excuse for how rude the dentist was, inadequate the service they provided was, and the audacity to turn my cleaning appointment into making me stand around for 3 hours for an exam with no communication. I’m finding a more professional dentist and recommend you do too.
