Horrible experience. About 6 months after my appointment for a cleaning where I presented my insurance card and was told it was in network and fully covered, I was sent a bill for $300. I called and let them know they had the wrong person, but then they never fixed it and sent it out to collections. I called the office multiple times and was unable to get in touch with anyone to fix it.

Every time I call, the central phone line says the office is on lunch, no matter what time. I had recommended my husband go to this office before this happened, but glad they messed up his appointment time and he ended up not going.

Horrible, from making an appointment with their call center too, the front office representative is Horrible she needs a new job career & was applying to the Postal Office while I’m waiting to be seen as a new patient . Very unprofessional manner the entire team is awful, even made me pay $250 only took X-rays and I have great dental coverage how about 2 policies and I was never able to speak with them in office/ I’m being told to call back in 15mins or the next business day.

They were not opened for business April 24, 2025 at 8 am I called & went up there to request a refund !!!! I’ve even placed a complaint with Delta Deental with them -.

I had two of my kids doing Braces there been with them for over a 18 monthI had nothing but problems scheduling management. Doctors is a good doctor, but I have nothing but problems and issues scheduling billing all different kinds of problems delay in their progress over six months delay every time they canceled their appointment or reschedule it the worst corporate management office I’ve seen in my life.

They change my doctor twice and the management three times so many mistakes in scheduling, I had paid full amount upfront for their braces when I’m asking for a refund they said they can do it I definitely don’t recommend.

I’ve always had the best experiences at DentalWorks. I moved about 25 miles away and switched to a dental office closer to home. Big mistake! In short, all I can say is Once you know better you prefer better.

Dental works (royal oak) has raised my level of expectations so high that I’d rather take the long drive. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in there’s a great energy! Very clean! Very patient, very understanding! And up to date tech!
