I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with DentalWorks. They told me my account was frozen due to a supposed collection and even gave me the Ohio Attorney General’s phone number to follow up. After contacting the Attorney General’s office, I was informed that nothing was on my record regarding a collection. When I called DentalWorks back to report this, they directed me to their manager, Jackie—who has been completely unresponsive.

She never returns my calls, and even when I visit the office in person, she ignored me when she was informed I wanted to speak with her to resolve the issue. DentalWorks has given me the runaround for far too long, with no clear answers or solutions. They promise call-backs that never happen, and they’ve offered zero assistance in resolving this issue. As a military member, I’ve always had insurance for my dental appointments with them, yet they have failed to provide me with any real support.

I am done with this office and moving on to a new dentist who actually values their patients. I do not recommend DentalWorks to anyone looking for reliable service or competent customer support.

If I could give less stars, I would. Gave this place a second chance after they MOVED OFFICES without notifying me before an appointment in the past. This time I waited over an hour past my appointment time.

Then was asked to come back in an hour!? Rescheduled another day. Came back and was then told I couldn’t even get my cleaning. Seems no one knows what’s going on here, it’s ridiculous how much of my time was wasted with this place just trying to get a simple cleaning- and still didn’t even get it!

All I wanted was my teeth cleaned and a tooth removed. Instead I got an exam with an estimate that I can't afford even with good dental insurance. I'm 53 years old, and DEEP cleans are a made up term to describe attention to detail. What a scam, thanks

I did not have to wait long before I was called to start my appointment. I had X-rays done in record time and I was in the chair for my cleaning immediately following that. The hygienist gave me her name and was somewhat gentle. She complimented my teeth and asked if I ever had braces. I had a nice experience.
