Agian the good, the bad, the UGLY! Said it before the dental service at this office for me was always a 10. . My problem and the reason i refuse to do buisness them EVER AGIAN they make way to many mistakes on invoices and billing. What seems to me to be quite deceptive practice of using patient total balance on there invoice. Employees who are responsible for comunicating the bill to patients have no clue what there reading. My current problem and not the first time this has happend, being quoted the wrong balance by hundreds of dollars. I am a senior on a fixed income. Can't afford to pay for MISTAKES of this nature. People keep and read there invoices.

Love, love this facility! I had extraction and no insurance, they allowed me to pay cash and pull my tooth. Love the customer service and Dr Bryan was great! Love him down lol and it was my first time. Painless procedure and very quick.

I honestly didn’t want to post a review but I would like to help others in choosing the right Dr for their care. I am now finding out a week later that the meds I was prescribed for my procedure and local anesthetic interact/have potential dangerous effects with some medications that I am currently taking. I was very nervous for this procedure and didn’t even think about the fact they never cared to ask me about my updated medication list. As a healthcare worker I find this to be quite crazy.

I’m lucky to not have had an adverse reaction but this was very careless and unprofessional. The day before I was very concerned that I wouldn’t have been able to get my meds ( I was never informed what I was even being prescribed ) before the pharmacy I chose closed for the day. I called multiple times to ensure it could be called in on time and I was told I would receive a call when it was done which I never did. This made an already stressful situation even worse.

The icing on the cake was that I didn’t even realize that they let me walk out of the office with my blood all over my face until I looked back at a photo I had taken right after. That is not a good look to have a patient walk out like that from your establishment. I would hope this is just an individual experience but I would never come back to this place again.

Amazing staff since the first appointment:) walked into the office with all smiles from the front staff “Heba” is amazing herself I met her at the Duluth office and I followed her & Dr. Debowsky to his Alpharetta location just from one conversation & how he heard my own concerns and needs of my dental care.

Kayla Jennifer & I’m not sure all the other ladies name are all helpful not just to me but others who walked in the office. Great job you guys you all are AWESOME keep up the energy & smiles!!!
