Our 10 &12 year are comfortable with Dr. Doan and staff. The staff is friendly, listens to me and talks to the boys about what he has found. The facility is clean and well kept and organized. I would highly recommend this office.

Dentist cleaning was done very professionally, always a great experience with this dentist. As for the office manager/ staff, a very poor experience. I had an appointment two weeks prior, showed up for my appointment and found the door was locked, no prior call explaining or to reschedule. Found out doctors was on vacation about two weeks later when office called to let me know I had an outstanding bill, bill was from dentist no longer being in network with my insurance.

Dentist takes my insurance but at only 80 percent now. Never a notification that an outstanding balance existed even from the last two cleanings. For this reason I changed to a new dentist. Office manager lied to my face twice, saying they called to reschedule my appointment and the second time saying they sent me a bill.

On each account I verified they lied. I have all of my received calls from the dentist office, non found showing they tried to call. Verified with the post office if a bill was sent during the time period they claim, pulled pictures of my mail sent out from the post office during this time period, no such bill showing from this dentist office.

Entire staff was very kind, friendly and professional. Called on Monday and were placed on Tuesday's schedule for a broken tooth repair. How great is that! Office is easy to get too with plenty of parking space. Give em a call.
