If I could I’d give no stars to this entirely unprofessional dental practice. I can’t rate their actual dental services because the appointment I booked online was actually never booked despite the fact that I received an email and text message saying it was. Upon walking in, I was told that they no longer accept bookings made online.

The employee at the front desk offered a rather blase explanation along the lines of they really needed to or had been attempting to take care of that. Try harder.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place used to be good, but unfortunately, the practice has completely gone downhill. It is a shame. They created two accounts for me and spelled my last name differently on both (I had been a patient for YEARS, you’d think they would know I already had an account) and then in the confusion they sold me on and started annually charging me for a dental works advantage plan on both accounts. The last time I checked, they only have one hygienist, and the first time she cleaned my teeth she absolutely destroyed my mouth, I’ve never had a hygienist be that rough with me.

It was extremely painful. it’s hard to get and keep an appointment because like I said the last time I checked, there’s only one hygienist which I find extremely suspect because I imagine there are tons of hygienist looking for work in this city. I will be going elsewhere for my dental work.

ZERO Stars. This place has completely gone downhill since being bought by another company. Once they were bought, they have been trash. Costumer service is awful; you no longer get to speak to someone at the front desk when you call; you now are sent to a call center and they are completely unprofessional. When we were last in a few months back the front desk smelled of pot, the time before that my husband was in with my son the front desk was fighting with each other. So really I guess you don't want to talk to the front desk with all that going on. Not to mention that outside looks like a walking pop up ad that needs to be blocked, too much in your face. Looks like you are on a website that's going to steal your credit card info.

But the reason for this review mainly is make sure people confirm their appointments. You MUST confirm, or they will cancel the appointment on you and refuse to see you when you show up. I got busy with life and didn't confirm the appointment via text so they refused to see my son for his cleaning this morning. I am unsure what they do for long term patients such as we were and maybe the phone number on file has been changed and they do not receive the reminder. But have it marked on their calendar to be at the dentist bc well they are adults and know when they need to be somewhere at a certain time only to show up and find out the appointment was cancelled. Completely unprofessional, you should not take it upon yourself to cancel someone's appointment just bc they did not confirm via text. Many reasons why someone does not confirm, its not bc they are not showing up. This makes me sad bc this place used to be great, they used to care about people, they used to care about peoples smiles .

. Now its like going to the Dentist off Wish. That's not even bc of the Dentist himself, Dr. Clark is a good Dentist and does amazing work. I hope he can get himself out of business with this company and find somewhere else to work and showcase his skills. This business that owns this place, is terrible.
