Place is great! The cleaning was nice and quick and the staff are all friendly. Only negative is they replaced the fluoride mouthwash with a paste and it sticks to your teeth for a couple hours afterwards.

I’ve had good experiences here for the most part. The dental hygienists and dentists have been kind and competent. I’ve had no issues with scheduling appointments, and I’ve always been seen quickly with little wait time. I’ve been in and out for cleanings under an hour. My only issue has been with the front desk and my insurance.

Every time I go there, I’ve been told that they don’t take my insurance (even though they do). I had to pay out of pocket one time and only got reimbursed once I followed up with them months later after my insurance paid. I think this should be handled differently, as it’s stressful to be told that a doctor’s office doesn’t take your insurance at the time of an appointment, and in my case that’s simply not true.

Opus

Scheduled an apt for a root canal & crown pain review. When I called they told me they can do that but apparently they will tell you anything just to get you in the door. This place do the regular minor work and cleaning only. They have one oral surgeon that comes once a month. I came to the apt 20 minutes early and it took about an hour just to see Dr Bard only to be told she is not an expert in root canal and recommended to see an endodontist. Hmm 🤔 why don’t you say that from the beginning so we don’t waste our time and doing all the prep work just to see you and you didn’t even view the X-rays.

Was told that she will review the X-rays and come up with a treatment plan which never happens. Never follow up or call after the endodontist visit. I would advise people to run away from this place if you need any work done. There’s plenty of office that has a better setting, and more qualified Dr. that will actually follow up and not leave you in the limbo.
