One of the nicest dentistry places I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My hygienist today was Arlet and she was so nice and caring. The receptionist was Lani and she was so welcoming and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Beware! Unskilled and shady business practices. My wife and I recently had our checkups and cleanings. My wife has fairly healthy teeth and has always had regular checkups. She has never had a cavity.

On the last appointment, she got an xray and was told she suddenly had 9 of them. I decided to get her a second opinion, where the same xray copies were used and she was informed that she only had one real cavity, and one that was showing early signs of being one. Please be sure to get second opinions!

If only I can give zero rating, I will. I was happy to switch to this dental clinic to patronize a Filipino- owned business. However, my first visit last Monday turned out to be a horrible experience already, making me wait for almost 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment. I ended up telling the reception that I would come back some other time. Got a call that I can be accommodated today, Wednesday at 12NN for my upper partial denture service. I showed up and was assisted after 15 minutes, but then the old woman who was about to provide me the service wanted to do x-ray right away.

I told her that I need to know the total cost first since I already had a quote from my previous clinic, and I wanted to know the final number so I could prepare whatever out of pocket difference I need to pay. More to that, she asked me what kind of denture I like. How will I know? Is it not your job to explain this to your clients? I told her that I am okay doing the xray, but they should confirm with me first the total cost as I already know that my insurance is covering me for $1000. She then tried to tell me they have to do the procedure so they can send the estimate to my insurance. Despite explaining to her that I have an existing quote from my existing clinic, and I have an estimate from my insurance of $1000 coverage which was confirmed by Sunlife coz I have the paper printed, she kept on insisting that they have to send the estimate. She was not understanding me at all.

Also, the receptionist quoted me $1500- $1700 last Monday, but the old woman could not confirm if it is the right amount. It was such a waste of time dealing with this clinic! Staff here do not have enough knowledge and are incompetent to provide even a minimal customer service. I suggest for people to read the bad reviews about this clinic as I experienced it first hand.
