Dentistry at Markville

I've been with Dentistry at Markville for at least a couple years now and Dr Sara Majedi is very professional, kind, and attentive. I've usually had good interactions with the other dentists as well but I was a little disappointed with my most recently experience with Dr. Sze on March 8. She has seen me before and was very nice to me then, but on this visit, when she was asked kindly by the hygienist to address my concerns, she was quite rude to me. I had a trauma to my teeth that showed a hairline crack across two of them, as shown to me by Dr. Daniel Sou a few weeks prior, but she dismissed me saying she didn't see anything, and I felt gaslit. I told her there were previous images taken by Dr.

Sou, and when she pulled them up she asked ME to show her where the crack was. She then proceeds to TAP my sensitive tooth and roughly handle my lips telling me to wait a few more months to heal. . . I literally cannot eat or shear my food right now!! She then also said I should've booked to see Dr. Sou again but he had told me that when I come in, the dentist working that day should see his notes and take care of me. Maybe Dr.

Sze was having a rough day but I felt completely dismissed by her, my questions completely ignored, and her solutions felt like ultimatums rather than choices. Other than that day, I've always had great experiences at this office, especially with front desk staff and the hygienists. I hope Dr. Sze realizes her unprofessionalism towards me that day and it won't happen again.

I had a great experience with Dr. Siu and his team. Dr. Siu was very professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire process. He followed up diligently and made sure I was comfortable and well-informed at every step. His assistant, Janice, was also extremely helpful and efficient.

The way Dr. Siu and Janice worked together showed excellent teamwork and care. I truly appreciate the professional advice and support I received. I’m very satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend Dr. Siu and his team.

Majedi is incredibly professional, patient, and skilled—not only in pediatric dentistry but also with adult care. Her warm demeanor and genuine concern for her patients make every visit a positive experience. We are so grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist for our family!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and was honestly nervous about going. But from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Sou’s attention to detail and skill are truly outstanding—he explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and painless. I’m so glad I finally came in today. Highly recommend!
