I’m extremely disappointed with how this dental clinic handles communication and appointments. Due to timing around my insurance renewal, I had to reschedule my cleaning appointment multiple times. During the last reschedule, I clearly spoke with one of the front desk staff and we agreed together that the new date was just a placeholder after my insurance renews.

I was told we would confirm the exact time closer to that date. As that placeholder date approached, I got busy and missed replying to the confirmation text—but again, I never confirmed the appointment. Yet today, I suddenly received a rude phone call accusing me of being a no-show and telling me I would be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Let me ask: if you were so quick to call me and demand payment, why didn’t you call in advance to confirm the appointment—especially when it was clearly marked as tentative from the beginning? Why was there no follow-up communication until you decided to penalize me? This kind of poor coordination and one-sided blame shows a serious lack of professionalism. I will not be returning to this clinic, and I do not recommend it to others.

Supa Time

I have been going to Dr. Ari and team since they moved to this north york location. This place is wonderful. Dr. Ari and the Hygienist team are caring and understanding. What impresses me more is that they take the time to listen to their patients needs. As a patient I feel supported.

I am even more impressed because insurance denied a couple if estimates and the office reached out to have it overturned. The environment is nice too . . . massage chairs and televisions so you can catch up on the news or shows.
