Went to Dr. Maj for years and she was incredible. Now with the new management and new Dentist it’s not good. Have to pay everything up front. Even after insurance pays 80% you still have to pay hundreds out of pocket for simple cleanings.

Edit to response: We’re the ones that got ripped off. After asking many co-workers with the same coverage as I have, none of their dentists have charged anywhere remotely close to what you charged us for cleanings. We’ve been with Dr. Maj for over 20 years and never had an issue. Yes we agreed to the policy change to pay up front because we assumed the charges would be the same as with Dr.

Maj. But when we get the bill and we’re now paying out of pocket 3x more than before, then yes, there is an issue. And this was the charges for normal cleanings, imagine if we have something more serious like a cavity or root canal? Do I have to take a loan to pay you up front? Also, considering you’re a brand new management at this already established dental office, do you really think replying defensively to a long time client is a good look? and is doing you any favours with other long standing clients that are reading this? Your “minor policy change” has cost you our business and also other family and friends that are your clients as well. Kindly refund our money and we will go our separate ways.
