I recently visited this dental clinic for fillings and a potential implant. The receptionist provided me with a treatment plan, stating that my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance with dental cover would cover most of the cost, and I would only need to pay $460 for the fillings this time. I confirmed this amount twice. Two weeks later, I returned for my appointment, and the dentist filled the five teeth. However, I was disappointed with their professionalism.

The dentist talked with their assistant during procedure, which made me question the quality of the work. At the end of my appointment, I was charged $460 and assured this was the final amount. However, after canceling my next appointment due to being out of state, I received a notification that my insurance claim had been denied. The following day, I was sent another invoice for $1,067. This does not feel like a coincidence—it appears to be a deliberate attempt to create panic and extract more money from customers.

This experience has been frustrating and feels like a case of misinformation and overcharging. I intend to file a complaint against this clinic. I strongly advise new customers to avoid this place, as they seem more focused on profit than patient care.

I had an appointment to get fillings and I was nervous as I haven't been to the dentist in years. Dr. Meyers and her assistant Andrea were very kind and explained everything as they worked on my teeth, as well as giving me preventive education. They were both very professional and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for the good experience! If you are scared of the dentist, give this place a try.

Two months to verify ify medocade covers a teeth cleaning. Then told has to be approved Tobe paid for first before making the appointment then told to calluself amd find out what's taking so l9ng. To end in suggested to find another dentist all for a simple teeth cleaning. The laziest office personally ever come across. Never told has to be aprpve paid for before scheduling an appointment ever.

Id take it if for medicade and Medicare then would be the same woth all insurance coverages. The office personal was not helpful once. Is just one issue with this office. I do not recommend going here ever.
