Excellent services!! I had an older crown pop off on a Sunday evening. I utilized the website to electronically contact Dr. J. Sledge in Sister Bay WI to inform of the issue and request an appointment. I received a call back by 8:20am Monday morning. An appointment was made for 1pm same day. Once I arrived, I waited less than 5 minutes to be brought into a room. Dr. Sledge and team are efficient.

To prepare, my past dental images were already up on the screen. Then a new image was taken to vet out any issues. Dr. J. Sledge offered his professional opinion, explained all the options available and ultimately left the final decision up to me. No pressure to up-sell. The crown was clean-up and re-cemented and I was back feeling complete in less than an hour. Actually if even that long.

As a person with high dental anxiety I arrived at my emergency appointment with great fear. It was my first visit and the staff immediately showed sincere compassion and did their very best to make me feel safe and cared for. Dr Sledge took time to connect conversationally with me before the exam and I trusted him immediately.

He and his entire staff are outstanding medical providers and we are fortunate to have them in Door County.

Dr. Sledge and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. I had some major anxiety dealing with a major tooth issue and from the first phone call to the time I walked out the door after my visit I felt like every staff member truly cared and did everything they could to help calm that anxiety and address the issue.

Living in a rural area it's not always easy to get appointments, particularly in an emergency situation so I am very grateful to Dr. Sledge and his team for helping me out. I 10000% recommend Dentistry by Design!
