My family and I were patients here for several years. Unfortunately the corporate culture drove the practice downhill. It says a lot when the whole staff leaves! Most recently, my daughter went in and had an infected tooth that needed antibiotics.

It took a week and 3 phone calls before they finally called in the meds because nobody seems to know what is going on in the office! We found out where some of the staff moved on to and have now changed dental offices.

I want to start off by saying that the hygienist I had was amazing and very accommodating as I have my 2 month old baby with me. She was very personable and polite and my teeth feel great. My experience with the office staff was not so great. I have only been here a couple times and the last time I was in was last April. I choose this dentist becuase it was one of the few that accpected my insurance. Since last year I still have the same insurance but have medicate as a supplement.

So I made an appointment for yesterday. When I came in there was a line to check in but they said they had me all checked in. I went and sat down and waited until the line cleared so I could give them my new insurance. She took my card so they accepted it and took a copy of it of. While waiting in the waiting room to go back, I heard who I believed to be was the manager on the phone with an angry patient. She was very rude to them then I heard her talking to somebody else on the phone and said that she had multiple patients threatening to sue her.

Fast-forward to after my appointment, she came in and told me they are not in network with Medicaid and are no longer in network with my other Insurance as well. I was very frustrated as this should’ve been told to me before my appointment when I scheduled. I will be looking for another practice as this office is very unorganized and after reading the other reviews I realized that I’m not the only one that has had issues. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with this place.

I've been going here for a few years now and always happy with the care. However, at today's visit it was all new staff and new dentist. The hygienist was very rough and seemed inexperienced. Dentist was ok. Office was unorganized. I received multiple appt txt confirmations all with different times. I'll be looking for a new practice.

EDIT: Do not go here. I have been in a battle with them for a month now because they will not send my claims over to my insurance. I have been going here for the last 3-4 years and have always had a fantastic experience. They recently changed staff and my last two visits (one cleaning and one filling) have been rough. The new Doctor seems fine, knowledgeable and friendly.

But the rest of the staff seems to be struggling. Sounds like the dentistry world right now is struggling in general, not enough doctors or dental hygienists to fill all the positions, and so that makes me write this review with a little more grace. But they were disorganized and in a rush and everything felt chaotic, enough to leave me questioning if they have my best interest at heart. Will probably be seeking a different practice.
