I highly recommend Dr Chicvak. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I went to the office for a cleaning, Silvano is very knowledgeable with excellent chair side manners.. I couldn’t be happier with the office.

Recently I visited Dr Chikvak and the Front desk did not verify my Insurance, even though I gave them my new card, the front desk person called me and said I was covered ,because she just used my old insurance card. now they are billing me and saying I have to pay. I find it very unprofessional that they did not verify my Insurance, and when I asked her if she verified my Insurance she said no, she thought it was the same one I had on file, and then goes on to say regardless that I am responsible for making the payment. During covid they were charging patients an extra 15.

00 for their office sanitation , which was illegal by the way, However I still chose to pay it as I like Dr Chikvak and his Assistant. So Guys be aware .

My experience at Dr. Chitvak's office is excellent. My husband and two daughters also are patients.

Dr Chitvak is very professional, he explains what will need to be done, he will ask you if you have any questions, he listens, and will address your concerns with care, and not rush you out of his office. His staff is friendly, and always a pleasure to deal with. I can honestly say I ENJOY going to the dentist!

I highly recommend Dr. Chicvak. My elderly mom, Rose McLain inadvertently made a 1 star review when googling Dr. Chicvak's number. She has neuropathy and arthritis in her hands and accidentally made the negative review without knowing. She is Dr. Chicvak’s biggest cheerleader. She has had a fear of dentists since a small child.

She tells everyone how she feels no pain with his dental work and actually enjoys cleanings now when she used to need to be numb for them. Dr. Chicvak and his staff are unbelievably kind and sensitive. I am also a patient now with serious dental issues related to a very personal and sensitive issue. I feel extremely comfortable and know they are not being judgmental of my dental issues. We are both very lucky to have found such an amazing dentist.
