Extremely long wait time . COMPLETLY packed wait room. Staff standing around doing nothing . One dentist. My appointment was at 10:00. I left at 11:15 without my child being seen . She isnt even getting a cleaning . She is only 1.

5 years old . U literally needed to look at her and that’s it . If you have a life and want your time to be respected do not go here . And I better not receive a charge because it will surely be reported as fraud . This is the second time I have been here and the last time took almost 2 hours . My god .

Dentistry for Children on Campcreek was awesome! I have always taken my two grandchildren to this location and received great service, now that I have 4 grandchildren it has been challenging but I got an appt for all 4 on the same day, arrived late due to traffic and they still took all 4. The staff attitude was very pleasant, helpful, patient and accommodating. This will be their dentist moving forward.

They used to give records of treatment and now you have to request it, which, I’m sure comes with a fee so that was the only negative but I give the entire staff 5 freaking stars across the board. No long wait times, even with a packed waiting room. If your child needs a dentist, I highly recommend this location, you won’t regret it!!!! Kudos to the staff for being awesome sauce!

**MUST READ** I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service my daughter and I received during our visit to this office on March 26th. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist, and unfortunately, the experience was distressing, primarily due to the behavior of the X-ray technician and Dr. Phillips, the active dentist. From the moment we entered the office, the X-ray technician displayed a complete lack of kindness and compassion towards my daughter. She did not take the time to explain the process or offer any reassurance, which is crucial, especially for a child's first dental visit. Instead, she simply instructed my daughter to sit down and immediately placed a heavy X-ray apron on her without any verbal explanation or empathy. My daughter, understandably, appeared nervous, yet the technician continued without offering any comfort or attempt to alleviate her anxiety. In fact, the technician's demeanor seemed irritated and distant, which left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned for my child's well-being. As a concerned parent, I asked the technician to guide my daughter through each step of the process, as I believe is standard practice for pediatric visits. However, my request was met with what I perceived as a sense of aggravation.

The technician's approach was extremely rough when positioning my daughter's mouth for the X-ray, and my child became visibly upset and started crying. When I asked the technician to stop, she did not immediately respond to my concerns. I had to physically remove her hand from my daughter's mouth as she continued to hold it in an uncomfortable manner. At this point, I requested to speak with a manager, and Dr. Phillips, the active dentist, approached. However, instead of listening to my concerns or asking for my side of the story, Dr. Phillips immediately sided with the X-ray technician, stating, "If you can’t work with her, you can’t work with any of us. " This dismissive response was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of consideration for my child's distress. Fortunately, one kind lady with glasses stepped in and attempted to mediate the situation, but the overall experience was deeply upsetting. I was ultimately asked to leave the office and was told to seek dental care elsewhere.

To make matters worse, as I was leaving with my children, two other women who were present in the office approached me to express their support, sharing that they had similar negative experiences with the office and the staff’s behavior. This experience has left me with significant concerns about the quality of care and customer service at this office. I strongly advise other parents to carefully consider their options before choosing this location for their children's dental needs. Compassion, professionalism, and clear communication are essential, and unfortunately, my experience lacked all of these. I hope this location will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the training and behavior of your staff, especially when dealing with children. Description of the X-ray technician : not sure of her name . Larger build and caramel skin tone probable in late 20s early 30s . **** Please be aware and vigilant of how she handles your child * Description of dentist : short and brown skin tone older women when I called customer service they said her name was dr. Phillips I will say this, please try out the other locations before you try this one hopefully this review will cause them to tighten up and allow compassion to be at the forefront of their practice. **PLEASE ALSO READ THE NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS AS YOU WILL SEE MANY SIMILARITIES WITH THE SERVICE**

I absolutely loved this place! It’s beautifully decorated just for children. Upon walking in the staff was very welcoming, check in was seamless, and all 4 of my children’s cleanings were done all within reasonable timing. All procedures and concerns were thoroughly explained. I would recommend this place as a 10 out of 10.
