They were so accommodating. I was able to get my two sons in the same day as new patients. Staff is very friendly. I was really nervous about my 2 year old, but they made the experience fun for him. Dr Saxe was very personable and professional.

Initially upon booking, I thought we were going to have a great experience. The morning of our appointment we arrived and stood at the reception desk while 2 employees were carrying on for a few minutes before acknowledging us. We finally got checked in and then they called us back a few minutes later. We were brought to a common area where another family was with their child. There wasn't any privacy. The dentist was telling the other child she needs to care for her teeth better so the bugs didn't like living in her mouth. This triggered my older daughter and gave her anxiety because she thought the bugs were running around.

We then reviewed the health forms I filled out prior to the appointment. I think this could be a hipa violation. Anyway then they said they would get started with my oldest daughters cleaning while my youngest got x-rays. The hygienist dropped a tool and couldn't find a replacement piece. The other hygienist took my youngest to the other side for x-rays as soon as she got the bite wings placed the receptionist lady comes rushing back and says hands off don't touch the girls as if they had a infectious disease. She said their insurance isn't active and she was going to call and see what was going on so hold off. I spoke to insurance the day before to change providers nothing changed otherwise.

They could've asked if I had more information or another form of payment. After 5+ minutes and my children begging to go we just walked out. Normally I wouldn't even bother with a review but they have sent communication multiple times asking for feedback. I'd say there's more professional pediatric dentists in town probably go elsewhere.

My son had his first visit at the dentist & our experience was awesome. I appreciate how everyone was very patient and friendly. I do want to thank Flor for being so sweet to my son and I. We will be coming back for his 6 month check up! Thanks Flor for making our visit nice and easy.

I took my son there yesterday and he has autism and he's only three so of course he's curious and wild. The Dr Sina was absolutely incredible with him we did knee to knee to check his teeth and she got right in there and checked everything.

She was absolutely amazing and her staff is really kind! This office is far from us since we live in Boulder City but I will make the drive every time to see her!
