My daughter’s appointment was at 2pm. Was sent in right away , after that we had to wait over 30 minutes inside for an actual dentist. The dentist assistant yelled at me for whatever the case may be. I’m hearing impaired take ur mask off ain’t nothing going on. I need to hear you clearly before I respond. I didn’t leave the office till 3pm smh. Y’all gotta do better.

This place is a complete mess. No one knows what is going on. They arbitrarily close the office early despite having scheduled appointments, let you reschedule and then cancel with no notice.

They send confirmations to one parent but then do not follow up with "required" paperwork to the same number so you show up to an appointment and they can't see you. I wish I could say I was the only one in the waiting room this has happened to but it seems like it's everyone for every visit.

I should have trusted my gut the first time I went there. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming starting with the girl who talks and looks at clients with an attitude. Secondly, they do not value there clients: today I drove there hoping my daughter's cavity would be fixed only to be cold heartedly be informed that she can’t be seen because the person who scheduled me placed us in regular cleaning instead of doctor appointment. They told me the doctor doesn’t have time to do it.

None of the three people in-front me opened their mouth to apologize. I regretted my 1hr drive there and having my daughter loose a day of her school.

My 1-year old first visit went very well. The wait time after check-in was minimal, and the staff clearly explained the examinations they would be performing. They also offered helpful suggestions on how to address his finger-sucking habit. The doctor made sure he felt comfortable throughout the examination. I highly recommend this dental office for children.
