We absolutely love this dental practice! Dr. Shah is unbelievably good :) I mean really good! The care they provide for my children is outstanding, and the dentist, as I have mentioned, is truly amazing. He is not only professional and very hardworking but also incredibly kind and patient with the kids.
The way he talks to them—making them feel comfortable and at ease—is such a gift. He’s a real asset to this practice, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful experience every visit!

We were in and out within an hour for a family of 3. The staff was pleasant & the doctor answered any questions I had. Per usual, the office was nice and clean!

I found this place online and started taking my child there for dental work, as he needed quite a bit done. On our first visit, I was advised to take him to a hospital, have him put under anesthesia, and get all the work done in one session with one of their dentists. They told me this would be less traumatic for him. I kindly declined for two reasons: 1 - The doctor who was supposed to perform the dental work at the hospital never even spoke to me—it was someone else trying to convince me. Just so you know I was not admitted to ER this was just a first visit to the dentistry. 2 - I do not believe that going to the dentist should be a traumatic experience. I still do think the same way. I was also told that it was my decision to make going under a single procedure at the hospital or take the long run where the dental work will be completed over time. So I've made my decision and took the long route.
After a couple of visits, the dentist performed crowns and other procedures. However, during our second or third visit, a complication arose (tooth was broken while performing extraction), which is a very normal thing that could happen and they referred us to an oral surgeon—who was 35 minutes away. When I asked why they were sending me somewhere so far, I was told it was because they had worked with this oral surgeon at their previous location and I'm welcomed to go with someone else. To make things easier I decided to go with the reffered surgeon as it's only going to be a single visit, I called the oral surgeon that I was referred to myself and was given a appointment for the following month. When we arrived, the office had no idea where we were referred from, and they had to take new X-rays—something that could have easily been avoided if the original dental office had simply emailed or provided the images on a USB. And this appointment was considered a consultation appointment :). They could've just consult with our dentist not?? After the consultation, we were given yet another appointment for the following month. I also have pictures of the referred oral surgeon’s office, which had rusted tools and outdated equipment. (I will only share 1 image for now) Despite two months passing since my last visit at this dentistry, I never received a follow-up call to check on my child or even to see if we were coming back.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from this place. Find a good Pediatric dentistry owned and operated by the dentists who actually work there. Not some corporate kind of a dentistry franchise. Additionally, calling this place is frustrating—it feels like dealing with a corporate-run call center rather than an actual dental office, because they do not have direct line where you can call the actual place. I'm giving only 1 star and it's for the dentist himself, because I still believe he is a talented person and tried his best. The office itself do not deserve any stars because of the way we were treated on our every visit.
