Dentistry for Children of Neptune

This is the worst and most unprofessional dental practice I have ever encountered. After having an issue the last time we were seen, my two children had an appointment that was confirmed but when we arrived were told that it was taken off the board because they put us on a “no contact list” because they didn’t have a phone number. They contacted me via text to confirm the appointment, I confirmed and they sent two follow up confirmations.

The woman at the front desk was dismissive and kept saying “she doesn’t work at this office” and the woman who did couldn’t explain what went wrong. This office is unorganized and never has answers or solutions to the inconvenience they cause.

My 6 year old went in nervous and the entire team made him feel safe, comfortable, and even excited to come back! They explained everything in a fun and age appropriate way. Highly recommend.

Jennifer Gibson

The dental hygienist, I believe her name was Jackie was amazing! She was so patient and soft spoken. She was so good with my child. She saw the note in his chart that stated he has autism but she did not say it out loud for him to hear.

The man who called us in was also so nice and made sure he said bye as we were leaving. I love this office, it is always so clean and everyone is always nice and never makes you feel rushed.

The faculty at the Neptune office is so kind and caring! As the professional and experienced dentists take care of my children I feel so comfortable being there. When we came home from the visit my son commented about how nice everyone was. There is something very special about a dentist office that can make a young child feel calm before, and during the time that work is being done!
