I just became a patient and had my first intake visit today. Upon booking the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything very clearly regarding what to expect and costs. First appointment was very thorough regarding measurements, cleaning and xrays.

The hygienist and dentist were very clear on what they were doing and why. At other offices in the past I was never told why things were done and what they look for and I really appreciated this! Super happy with the service and experience!

The best dentist office in the GTA, hands down!! The whole team is so kind and will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. I've gone here for years and have always felt as if my health was in good hands!

Came here for cleaning and check up! Amazing staff, very happy environment in the office! Ayat, and Rafah were very sweet and helpful! Also, Heba the hygienist was very gentle with the cleaning, I recommend going to her!

This review is long overdue. The pain, the anguish, the hurt, the resentment, the depression alone has me not trusting anyone who purports to be a dentist, let alone their staff, Dr. Cyril Tahtadjian in particular. My dentist retired and i found this dentist office in Streetsville for whom the rviews looked stellar. My wife and I paid the $550 each for their assessment and we were off to the races. The first visist in and around September that year was for a routine check-up/cleaning. Prior to that visit, the weekend before, I had nicked a gum on my lower jaw below my front tooth to the point where a piece of flesh was missing. The pain was significant. Upon visiting the dentist for my scheduled visit just after labour day, i brought this to the attention of the hygenist. She then brought it up to the dentist.

Dr. Tahtadjian looked at it and suggested i rub it to ease the pain. After a couple of weeks this made no difference as the pain only worsened. Thereafter for approximately 4 months, i continued to bring this to the dentist's/staff's attention. In march the following year the pain was to the point that i was afriad to travel. I asked for an emergency visit to Dr. Tahtadjian after work the same day. this is where the nightmare began. i had developed such a bad infection that the periodontist referred to me by him said that i had bone loss and needed to have two teeth removed. i will leave it at that.

Dr. Cyril Tahtadjian and his staff are not to be trusted. they dropped the ball and i am devastated. i have thought about suing him and his staff and i am still thinking of doing so. if you think you are being taken care of by him or his staff, think again. I am sick to my stomach and finally almost one year later, i am going to see a dentist to get my teeth cleaned and revisit the periodontist to reassess my teeth extraction, bone graft and implants. stay away from him and his team, there are much better choices out there.
