I went in for my back tooth to be fixed that was causing me pain. Only for my side tooth to be done. Once, the numbing medicine wore off I realized the mistake. When I called for an explanation she did not take accountability. So, the tooth that never gave me an issue is bothering me now & my back tooth is still hurting. Yet, as a nurse I pay close attention to details & I was never told prior about any issues with my side tooth.

Nor did any of my documentation reflect what was being told. Instead, when I went into the office she further stated using the wrong terminology. That my tooth was the same as a patient who was “hemorrhaging”. Trying to be condescending in terms as if what she was saying made sense. The term (hemorrhaging) reflects a life or death situation of bleeding out patient. Now, I’m paying on something I was never told about & I further had to go to another dentist practice to fix her work.

Not only did the dentist tell me my bite is off from the crown. I’m having excruciating pain when eating on that side something I NEVER had before!!! Seeing from a review a year ago this isn’t her first time making a wrong call of judgement!! To respond- You are deflecting the issue at hand. You can have great reviews & rewards. Yet, you are human & a mistake was made!
