I’m not from Canada, I am from the Caribbean. I was referred to this dental clinic and I was blown away by the pleasant greeting by the individuals at the front desk especially Mrs. Shura Layne, I must add that her pleasant calm demeanor even under pressure is exceptional.

You are treated like FAMILY, I was at ease at this office 100%. I cannot say enough good things about this dental clinic and will definitely recommend getting ALL dental work at this office.

The ladies at the front desk greet you with such warmth, and they make check-in feel like a breeze. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just their teeth! Every step of the way, I feel so relaxed, and I actually look forward to coming back.

I have a lot of positive experiences with Dentistry on Norfolk South. As well as for the staff (dental hygienist, assistants and office personnel) everyone we have encountered during mine and my children’s time there for the past 7 years, has been lovely, friendly, respectful and one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist thus far. They have assisted in some challenging situations I have had as a parent regarding the oral hygiene of my children and talking to my children about the dangers of not brushing your teeth.

They have sent referrals on our behalf when needed and have kindly followed up with us and the other dental facilities. I feel Dentistry on Norfolk South goes above and beyond for the care of their patients and I feel it is just as important that they are amazing with children in all different age groups, just as they are with adults.
