Given 1 star because the lowest rank is 1 star. Very bad administration today! Worst experience ever in Canada I've ever had. First, wrongly recorded my name, telephone number when I said them many times. Second, charge the patient $100 cancelation fee without any announcement in advance, even when I sent email to tell them I may be late, no any reply. After few miniutes they said they'll charge $50.

This is obviously a method they cheat with their patients! There isn't any clear policy. Third, push me to do the exams when I was at the dentistry, I told them I need minutes to decide whether I'll take it. They kept pushing me to do but there is no other patients there at that time. They didn't care about your feelings, they only care about the money. It sucks! I guess many high rates of this place may because they will give $50 gift card if you take treatment there, but who wants to risk their tooth's health for it?

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. doctor khalid treated me with a lack of care and professionalism. He did not listen to my concerns, even though I tried to explain multiple times. I left the clinic without a clear understanding of my condition because he didn’t take the time to explain what I was dealing with or what the next steps should be.

What makes this more frustrating is that I had a previous experience with another doctor at the same clinic, and it was actually very good. That’s why I came back but unfortunately, this time was completely different. I no longer feel comfortable coming here and wouldn’t recommend it based on this recent visit.

Update! Thank you Dentistry on the Mountain for rectifying my situation. They took the time to read and make it right, from my previous review! Not many business care, but they do! I think I’ll be a returning customer! Dr. K is an amazing dentist, he took on a molar no other dentist wanted to touch. Thanks for the excellent service!

I've been going to Dr. Khalid for the past two years, and he's the most experienced dentist I've had. Ive had times when i cough a lot during procedure and he was very patient. Its comforting that he is always on time and does not make you feel rushed. The clinic has good calmness. His strongest points seem to be his clinical experience for sure
