All of these bad reviews are unfortunately true, and not over exaggerated. I'm not even sure where to begin, it is small and crowded, loud, no privacy. Dirty, the dentist herself is so rude!! Next, they are playing the long game and you will have so many appointments for one simple thing. I was told my insurance decided not to cover something, yet they chose not to call me and tell me, so I wasted my day coming all so they could charge my insurance for me walking in the door and yet another X-ray, where it wouldn't fit so I kept choking and rather than getting a smaller one, what did they do. Dump salt on my tongue.

And they always recommend the more expensive treatment, root canal, or extractions. Please ladies and gentlemen, be smart, look elsewhere. Absolutely anywhere but here. *Fun update* called my insurance! They never even sent in any authorization paperwork!

Very friendly and professional environment. I loved the staff. They were kind and swift with helping. They made me feel like family. It was my first time getting a cleaning after 3 years and I was a bit nervous.

They assured me I was in good hands and my teeth were in really good condition. They gave me a referral to get my wisdom teeth pulled and made my teeth feel very clean. Even though I moved away from the area I will still travel for my annual cleaning because they made me feel valued which you cannot get everywhere.

Do not go to this place! The good reviews are lies. I was just there on May 29th 2025requesting a deep cleaning, these people never sent the authorization to the insurance company, claims lady very unprofessional, and rude. The Indian dentist needs to be only wants money, claims lady very I needed a root canal In my front tooth, when a second dentist told me that’s not true, they try to bill the insurance company and still want you to come out of pocket. My deep cleaning appointment was set to be today 6/10/2025. Was called by the claims department at 9am 6/9/2025. Saying my insurance didn’t approve the claim yet.

I called the authorization department for the dental insurance and was told an authorization was never sent. They rescheduled me to 6/13/2025. However they are liars and I don’t trust them. Please search elsewhere do not drive to this place because it’s in Kennesaw. They are unprofessional, money hungry people and ICE SHOULD COME TO THIS PLACE AND DEPORT THEM ALL. This is the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.

I told them to cancel me out there system I’m not doing business with them at all. Please save yourself from a headache. They don’t give you a peace of mind you will leave with all your questions unanswered. They will leave very upset, worried and confused. The reviews are real and not out spite or because of payment but to be ware of liars here.

Please do not go to this place it’s soo unprofessional and dirty, my crown broke on my front tooth I walked in with a lost front tooth!! Desperate! The dentist came in for 2 minutes told me it hasf to be taken out left me with this other lady who was trying to explain to me every time I asked a question she told me to calm down I had so many questions!! This is the first time this has happened I needed someone knowledgeable. They took me to billing who gave me a price on a flipper 1200$ take 3 weeks to get ridiculous I only paid $356 at my new dentist and my knew dentist called so I can get ASAP (I only know this now because I ended going to a professional dentist) and no breakdown of the process of getting an implant just a flat 7k price.

Don’t let me start with the hygienist they do not know what they are doing. .

I lost confidence and left I am so much happier that I left and Oh my pants I was wearing got damaged at this place with the beat up chairs they have it hot stained they must have left the lamp on it melted on my pants!!! I will add a photo
