I recently attended my first dental appointment with Dr. Simrat Kaur, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I arrived on time, only to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment. Ultimately, I was unable to see Dr. Kaur, who was running 1 hour and 45 minutes late.

The overall disorganization and lack of communication were disappointing and unprofessional. After waiting a week for this appointment, I felt my time was not respected. Regrettably, I am left feeling frustrated and unlikely to return.

I just had the best experience at Dentistry @Vida. I booked an appointment for me and my son basing on the good reviews, and as a first time patient, I am very satisfied with the service. The staff are such kind souls. Very caring and professional. They did walk me through the entire process of what was to be done.

Dr Simrat is overwhelmingly amazing. She's so kind and professional. The place is very clean, comfortable and elegant. I would recommend everyone around the area to visit and receive such excellent service from such an awesome team. 👌 👏 👍

I have been coming to this clinic for a couple of months now and every time I go it’s a blissful experience, the office itself is beautiful. Then the front desk receptionist Keila who welcomes me with a beautiful smile and makes you feel followed by the associate Doctor, Dr Farah and her assistant Tracy who are very gentle and don’t allow you leave the chair unsatisfied, they make the whole dental visit amazing.
