This is an incredibly well ran dental office. Each staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. Doctor Brockman and Heather genuinely care and are both amazing at what they do.

I had to undergo a tooth extraction, but the process was surprisingly easy, and the staff was incredibly supportive throughout. These people are honest and straightforward, and I highly recommend them. Oh, and a special shoutout to Heather on your birthday!

I went there because my insurance changed and this one took my new insurance. I scheduled a cleaning and checkup. They immediately took pictures and x-rays of my teeth. The dentist came in and immediately tried to wiggle one of my teeth. It didn't wiggle. He checked my gums and told me I have gingivitis. He told me I needed a scaling and root planing. He showed me a picture of a tooth with a filling and said that I needed that tooth crowned. He said that it had a crack and he could see a cavity underneath.

My B. S. meter was going off as I have always had really good teeth. They refused to clean my teeth as I needed the scaling & root planing. This was approximately $800 per the woman that came in to explain billing and insurance to me. I don't even remember her going over the cost of the crown. I did not get the scaling & root planing nor the crown done. I went away dumbfounded because I've never had really bad issues with my teeth or gums. Two months later I went back to my old dentist because I just had a bad feeling about this new dentist.

My old dentist's office did a cleaning, took x-rays and pictures. They said I did not have gingivitis. I had light tartar. Nothing out of the ordinary for someone who goes to the dentist every 6 months(even though I don't). In their opinion there was no reason to do a scaling & root planing. They even said that yes the tooth with a filling in it had a hairline crack but it doesn't need to be crowned they saw no decay under the filling and the xrays matched that of years ago for that tooth. I'm glad I didn't waste my money at Dentists of Eastgate.

I cannot begin to express how great my experience was as a new patient. The equipment is modernized and very much up to date. The team…from the front desk staff to Dr. Brockman, Emilee, Lauren and Terri…is phenomenal. Customer service, expertise and knowledge truly at its finest.
