My grandmother had a horrible experience at this practice. They are money hungry, trying to force a “deep cleaning” as a 1st time patient and telling her she would have to pay $600+ upfront and then see if insurance covers to get reimbursed. As most of us know insurances don’t cover deep cleanings! Dr.

Marshall Adzima was extremely rough with her teeth-forcing her to shut her mouth closed due to pain and discomfort, she ended her visit upruptly and it wasn’t until she was leaving that they offered to do the “regular cleaning” that she had the appt for to begin with. Don’t send your loved ones here!

I strongly advise against visiting this dental office based on our deeply disappointing and costly experience. I was originally referred to this practice in 2022 by my roommate, who previously worked there. At the time, the lead dentist was Dr. Kim, who provided excellent care—he was thorough, honest, and never recommended unnecessary procedures. I trusted his approach, which is why I continued going back and eventually recommended the office to my girlfriend earlier this year. Unfortunately, we later discovered that both my roommate and Dr. Kim were no longer with the practice. Alarmingly, my roommate was let go because she refused to oversell procedures, and Dr. Kim was reportedly dismissed for the same reason. This speaks volumes about the priorities of this office—they care more about maximizing profit than providing ethical, patient-centered care. Despite our concerns, my girlfriend decided to give the new team a chance. During her very first consultation, she was told she needed a tooth extraction and an implant.

The recommendation felt abrupt and aggressive. What followed was an eight-month ordeal filled with inadequate care, confusing and inconsistent billing, and a complete lack of professionalism. The dentist who treated her on her first visit—an Asian female practitioner—was so rough during the procedure that she nearly dislocated my girlfriend’s jaw. It was a physically painful and traumatic experience. On top of that, the billing was consistently unclear and misleading. We were frequently quoted one price, only to be charged more later—even for follow-up visits that were supposedly already paid for. Altogether, we ended up paying over $3,500 out-of-pocket, in addition to what insurance covered. We were also charged $350 for someone to “monitor” my girlfriend’s vitals after she was given pain medication. As an EMT, I can confidently say the individual assigned to this task was not qualified. She kept leaving the room and had to be reminded twice by the (young Caucasian male) dentist to stay with the patient. something that should have been understood without instruction. This raised serious concerns about patient safety and standard of care.

After the procedure, my girlfriend continued to experience serious jaw pain. We finally sought a second opinion at Mayo Family Dentistry in Leesburg. There, we learned the truth: not only was the implant completely unnecessary—a root canal would have been sufficient—but the implant itself had been placed incorrectly, which is why it failed. According to the oral surgeon, it was a botched procedure that now requires corrective surgery and even more expenses to fix. This dental office does not care about your health. They are focused solely on how much money they can take from you. They will recommend procedures you don’t need, provide misleading pricing, and relentlessly contact you to schedule more appointments. I deeply regret ever recommending this place to my girlfriend, and I feel terrible about the financial and emotional toll it’s taken on her. Please be cautious. Always seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work. You deserve honest, competent care—and this office is not the place to find it.

I have been coming to this dentist for about 4 years for crowns, dental implants, and cleaning. The work done is top-rated. The staff are the friendliest, kind people I have come across in any dental office.
