I cannot say enough great things about Dentists of Westwood! After a horrible experience at my last dentist, I was hesitant to trust anyone with my dental care again. But from the moment I walked into this office, I felt at ease. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a valued patient rather than just another number. I was amazed at how quick, painless, and comfortable the entire root canal process was.

I never thought I’d say this, but I actually felt relaxed during a root canal! They made sure I understood every step of the procedure, checking in often to ensure I was comfortable. I was in and out in no time, with no lingering pain or discomfort afterward. I’m so grateful to have found Dentists of Westwood and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a compassionate, skilled dental team. Thank you for restoring my faith in dental care!

Best dental experience that I have ever had!!! Dr. Stone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained everything as she went through the exam. The office has state of the art technology, so I felt I was getting the best care possible.

From the second I walked in, I felt very welcomed from all the staff! I will definitely be returning to Dr. Stone for any of my future dental care needs! Found my new favorite Cincinnati dentist!!

The hours make it hard to get an appointment. I got a bridge made and they forgot to let me know that it was ready. The temp bridge was not fitting well and hurting an adjacent tooth. I was given a date over a week out when I called in to ask if they could help me and get the new bridge put on. The tooth getting pushed against, had a nice $1800 2 month permanent crown that was temporarily adhered, because I was waiting to see if I needed a root canal. So, the ill fitting temp bridge, was causing the other tooth so much pain, I couldn't wait another minute and went to get an emergency root canal to make it stop.

Somehow, the temporarily adhered new crown wouldn't come off and the temp bridge pushing on that tooth made it loose in the socket. So, I paid $1000 to get an out of service provider that could work me in to pull my new $1800 tooth. I will get the bridge put in, but I an going to look for a new dental office. I love the dentist, she is great. :(

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional or emotionally disturbing from a healthcare provider in my life. This review is for my friend’s emergency dental visit today, which turned into a complete nightmare. We went to Dentists of Westwood in Cincinnati for a chipped tooth extraction booked as an emergency appointment. Instead of receiving care, my friend was harassed, ignored, and verbally abused by the front desk staff, specifically a representative with short locs and blonde tips, whose behavior was completely erratic and threatening. At one point, we genuinely considered calling the police because the situation escalated to the point where my friend’s safety felt at risk. From the start, they called repeatedly asking about insurance, even though my friend made it clear they were paying out-of-pocket.

Once we arrived, instead of addressing the emergency tooth that needed removal, the dentist took one quick glance, made vague claims about "lots of cavities," and rushed through the entire visit. No full exam. No concern for the actual issue we came in for. Just dismissiveness and zero bedside manner. Despite booking an emergency visit, they did nothing no tooth extraction, no pain relief, no answers to questions. Then, they had the nerve to say we’d have to return in three weeks for the procedure. Why accept emergency appointments at all if you're not prepared or willing to treat patients? The most horrifying part? The front desk staff verbally assaulted my friend, yelling and threatening them and no one in the office, including the dentist, stepped in or showed the slightest concern.

It was chaos. I watched someone genuinely in need get treated like they were disposable. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just unprofessional it’s dangerous. No one should be treated this way when they’re already in pain and seeking help. I wouldn’t trust this office to handle a paper cut, let alone a dental emergency.
