From the front desk to check out, this dentist was top-notch. Jessica at the front desk was super nice and also very patient with me when going through my future dental plan and setting up my next appointments. Kashia my hygienist took her time with me and I really appreciated Her demeanor. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been a customer for several years and very disappointed with the services/staff of Dentist of Woodbury. I gave them the opportunity to make things right but they don’t have the skills to talk with their clients and simply say ok and apologize when I compliant is received. I didn’t feel heard nor valuable as a client and will not come back. I paid for a whitening and did the impressions and could clear see the impressions were not good because it got stuck on my retainer and asked the assistant if we should make a new impression and was told no.

After week waiting for my whitening material with no communications from them, I reached out and was told I would need to come back to take new impressions. I setup an appointment and when I got there on a Saturday morning, they were closed. Apparently the new staff made a mistake which they didn’t acknowledge. Today I called in and spoke with the manager and she told me that’s impossible an appointment was done for a Saturday because it takes 1 years to have availability for a Saturday appointment and insinuating I was laying but never saying the employee could have done a mistake.

I told the manager that I was able to setup an appointment for a Saturday morning within couple weeks prior to the appointment and her response didn’t make any sense. Again, didn’t feel valuable as a client of many years, didn’t get genuine response when I expressed my concerns and felt like I was the one doing everything wrong but they were perfect. They do not take accountability and that’s not okay. What a waste of my time!

I started with Dr. Tom Waite several years ago and have been delighted with his care. He is very caring and fun (what? A fun doctor? Yup, he is.). I feel I have had excellent dental care. And Carlee, the hygienist, has been very gentle and thorough. Two wonderful professionals I am happy to recommend to friends.

Kelly Schwartzbauer, DDS is an excellent Dentist and a very sweet person! She is easy to talk to and an excellent listener! She had revealed dental issues & provide solutions that other Dentists did not address! I can't ask for a better Dentist! Their Dental Hygienist Kashia Vang, RDH is equally as excellent! Kashia is very patient and precise. She takes her time and skillfully maneuvers to get the best results.

Needless to say, I greatly recommend their skills and professional experience to anyone including my own family!!
