This is the worst medical experience of my life. I was looking for a new dentist and got a coupon. So I gave them a shot because I know I needed work. I should’ve known when it took a hour to get sent back after arriving early I was in trouble. They take x rays of my teeth then proceed to tell me I needed about $1. 7 k worth of work AFTER INSURANCE. That work was a full deep cleaning , fillings , and a crown.

Let me tell you majority of it was a lie after a second opinion. They were heavy handed made me gush blood , trashed talked my last childhood dentist , and were awful at talking to me. They did half of the deep cleaning and some fillings. Their secretary could not even charge my card correctly. It took me 8 hours here for this disaster. They were rushed and just all around awful. They can’t bill insurance correctly , answer their phone, and lastly.

THEY CAN NOT WRITE A SCRIPT. I went to get something filled and it had two different doctors names / signatures on it and one of them was missing info. The pharmacy almost flagged me thinking I was doing something shady because of it. Please stay away from this shady establishment it is not worth it.

Absolutely terrible I’ve never experienced a worse dentist in my life. When you schedule an appointment you are expected to be taken back at that time or no longer the 15 minutes after. AN HOUR AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TIME IS INSANE. Not to mention you keep people waiting around to be finished up and complete for 3 hours. Appointment times should not take any longer than 1 hour unless there is a procedure you are doing. 3 hours is absolutely insane and I’m surprised you guys continue to get the business you do.

Great costumer service or not keeping people waiting like that is absurd. This is every single appointment we come to we experience this. Thank god this is only short term that we have to go through you guys because this is terrible and you guys really need to do better. The sad thing is I know I’m not the only one that’s complained about this just read the reviews. If you’re looking for a dentist THIS IS NOT THE ONE.

The team here was great with my implants appointment. They took their time, explained things without rushing, and I felt like I was in good hands. Not a flashy clinic, but the care was solid.
