All I can say is that I really wish I would have read the reviews first. Dr. Blount pulled out my tooth and left pieces of teeth that fell out gradually over time. When he numbed my teeth so aggressively, he left the room so long he had to re num cause it wore off. I was in pain for almost a month. Then what was supposed to be a simple extraction was billed to my insurance as oral surgery and left me with a bill. When I inquired about it, I was given the run around with no explanation at all.
I'm currently waiting on a call back from them for something else that was done to another tooth that isn't even worth mentioning! Just know I've been waiting on this call back for two weeks now. I'm searching for a new dentist now cause I won't be returning. My advice to you, keep searching for better dental services, no matter how long it takes! Good luck. . .

I can’t even lie, had I seen these reviews I wouldn’t have come here. BUT, Im glad I didn’t see them first. I woke up one morning in excruciating pain from a broken tooth. My wife called everywhere for emergency extraction and they told me I could come right in. 2hrs later my broken lower back molar was out and I felt way better. Healed and back eating two days later. First tooth I’ve ever had pulled.
It’s been almost a year now. I know they got all of it out because I saw them after extraction and they matched the x ray. The office surely could use some work and the equipment may be a bit “long in the tooth”, but it reflects in the price they relay to the customer. These people helped me and I highly recommend. Give them a try. All experiences will differ.

I deeply regret not being able to read the reviews beforehand. The office is listed under Dr. Heavenly’s name, but it seems they haven’t updated important information like their address and contact info meaning the number presenting false advertisement. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist stated that the address online was their old address and that they had been trying to change it for 15 years. It wasn’t until I arrived at the office for my appointment, I realized it was NOT Dr. Heavenly's practice but Dentures and Family Dentistry. The environment was disconcerting; the decor was very outdated, with old equipment, including torn and taped chairs, yellowed lights, and shoddy cabinetry, raising concerns about hygiene standards and professionalism.
The receptionist's demeanor towards me was not the best, which later became very clear to me why. When called into the back, the assistant took my x-rays, and I was advised the dentist would be in shortly. The office seemed to lack proper organization and professionalism. Despite being the only patient, I waited for the dentist for an extended period, only to later witness a heated argument between the dentist and another staff member. Feeling uncomfortable and disheartened by the unprofessional atmosphere, I decided to leave. As I walked out, no one stopped me or even noticed because they were too involved in their argument. Once I got to my car, the dentist abruptly came out after me, yelling, “Are you coming back?” with hands waving in the air.
My response was, “No, thank you. I’m good,” and I got out of there as fast as I could. The overall experience was so uncomfortable and awkward, confirming the validity of previous negative reviews. I cannot recommend Dentures and Family Dentistry, granting one star solely due to limitations in rating.

This place was questionable from the filthy front door to the broken glass partition at the reception desk. The lady staff were very nice, but their boss/ the dentist was rude to the staff, which made me question his chair side manner. The office looked grimy. There were water stains on the ceiling, the dentist chair was torn up and taped in spots, the cover on the light above the chair was yellowed and cracked up, and I mean cracked! The cabinet looked like someone taped it with heavy-duty masking tape, and then they ripped it all off, leaving rip marks all across it, and there was a random kitchen looking cabinet with an unusable sink sitting out of place between the dental chair and the wall cabinet. Needless to say, I decided against opening my mouth in this place. I've never seen anything like that.
The reviews about this place are true! The staff assured me that the place was just old but clean. The walls were dirty, too. This dentist clearly takes no pride in his practice. He even has a sign outside that says, "We accept Medicad. " Really?? Can't even spell Medicaid correctly? I would never recommend this place. 5 stars for the lady staffers.
Zero for Dentures and Family Dentistry. Gave it one star because I can't give it zero! I should've taken pictures. I had to see it to believe it. Please believe it and save yourself a trip.
