I do not complain about really nothing I just do not take my business back to any place where I received poor services. But this is health care and this place is not advisable, I need a lot of extractions and professional advise on how to move forward with the least pain ,damage and save what could be saved and built on from there. I have a few implants from my primary dentist st. cloud VA, they are booked to far out. I have a laundry list of unbelievable bad services that I am giving up personal time to publicly inform whomever read reviews before paying for services. 1. I asked for some guidance on what would be the best route, he responded by pushing towards total extraction of all my teeth including the inplants, he was steadfast on his process get you in and get you out. 2. Set appointments to get the work done, here's I feel is unprofessional and inconsiderate not caring what his patients will have to suffer after his rapid extractions. his plan was to extract somewhere around 18 teeth and 2 implants in one sitting top and bottom. He shot my mouth up with novocaine top and bottom, problem is by the time he got the top teeth pulled out the bottom needed to be shot again. He leaves to work on someone else because he had to wait the proper amount of time to let the drugs run out of my system because he need to shoot me up again to do the bottom teeth. 3. Here he was by the book explained that before he start the bottom he has to wait because he could add more without putting me around risk.
I waited about 30 more minutes until the next application of mens that happens on time, but then I have to wait till it starts working. You guessed it all that time and about 6 to 9 needle stabs in my mouth the top was starting to hurt bad before I got out of the chair, all that and not One tooth from the bottom of mouth was able to be extracted like he planned. 4. It gets worse, while I'm waiting in the chair I needed to clear my mouth his assistant come in the room offered help getting a cup of water for me. She may have not noticed because they were pushing forward really hard get em in get em out. She handed me the clean cup but her gloves had blood on them from the patient they were working on in the next room. 5. My mouth of course need stitches, he applies what was needed. Set my appointment to remove them from my mouth,they set about three weeks out and they were only supposed to be in for 7 days. created problems. 6. The prescription he wrote up for my take home was short, like 8 pills and some topical pain stuff. This was and has been the worse services and bad safety hygiene health care I have experienced in my 59 years. I was into much pain for the next 2 weeks I bought a mouth gard and used lidocaine patch 5% on my face to combat some of the pain along with hot and cold packs.
7. my return appointment, was supposed to get impression of top rack to get the temporary dentures. That didn't happen, I informed him that I didn't want to do any extraction fron the bottom until he finished the top. So said that I needed to reschedule my appointment then I asked well can you take the stitches out, he looks in and start to get them saying that these been too long that's why it hurts so bad pulling them out. Wow! He spoke about his work being in my mouth to long like he didn't put them in or approved the follow up vist to take them out. 8. I spent my time going out to his clinic and because I didn't want more teeth pulled he didn't want to do my mold for the first fitting like we planned. Basically wasted my whole morning, not only that I was sold on that dentures being ASAP well somethings to be done correctly need to take time a skill, so be advised. We are not at a car wash were you wet wipe and wax in 15 minutes flat, yeah he didn't care what I had to suffer once I was out of his chair. I am so incredibly grateful to have been recommended to go to Dentures ASAP!! Every appointment has been done so quickly but extremely efficient, to what I want and NEEDED in a smile!! I no longer have to hide my smile with masks, and I am proud to wear the great work that they put into the teeth. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful in anyway.

My 33 year old son wanted all his teeth removed. Another dentist refused and wanted to give him a partial even though all the enamel was gone and they maybe had2 years before they had to be removed. All about the money. If you would like some say in your care, this is the place.
Absolutely beautiful job and from start to finish it was 3 weeks for a full plate on top and a partial on the bottom. The staff are amazing, every one of them. Very disarming and so patient with a nervous mom asking so many questions. 5 stars all the way around!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team. From the very start, the care I received was fast and responsive. Dr. Domaas took the time to answer all my questions and explained all of my options. On the day of my surgery, I was comfortable and the recovery has been effortless. Thank you!
