My whole family and I, as well as mamy extended family members have come to this dentist office for a very long time. We have always received excellent care and the office staff have always been wonderful. We are very happy here....finally an afforable dentist and staff who does excellent care.

This was definitely the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life. Extremely unprofessional. I ended up in the emergency room. Do not go there if you can help it at all. Definitely do not let them extract any teeth. Their equipment is dirty and gave me an infection. The receptionist/insurance/billing/hygienist, is the rudest, crudist most unhelpful person I've ever had to deal with in any medical setting, the dentist isn't any better.

Reading all these other reviews was no help to me all those people are liars. Dr Thompson and his crew are not kind or compassionate in any way shape or form. There was something very strange about the suction thing that they use it was hard and angular and she scraped the inside of my mouth with it every time she used it, she didn't use it right at all and it hurt and it didn't work right suctioning out the spit. I'm 54 years old and have been to many dentists in my life and I have never seen anything or felt anything like that it was both the equipment and the woman using it. It was extremely strange and unpleasant and the whole time I'm thinking what is really going on here. They also didn't communicate with me verbally at all. And seemed to take some kind of sick perverse pleasure and hurting me and leaving me hanging with a mangled, infected mouth.

The receptionist even seem to be smirking. I don't know what's happening in this world but this was definitely a horrible experience that I will never forget. I've never been afraid of dentists before. But now I'm going to be very Leery and a lot more picky. And never rely on these Google reviews 😆

I have been going to this office for 10+ years and have spent thousands of dollars. Apparently, without my knowledge, I was dismissed from the office for making a comment about the Office not doing immediate Dentures!? I find it quite ridiculous that I was removed as a patient for that. When did freedom to speak the truth become so wrong.

I’m glad to take my services to an office that’s more respectful to their patients. I don’t recommend this place
