They will make you wait 5+ months for an appointment to just cancel it 1 week before the date. Honestly Jen you should just resign just my honest opinion. Awful scheduling team, no empathy or compassion for their patients. This place use to be good before Jen came.

The staff there are amazing! They communicate with patients, answers questions and provide great services! First time serviced by Mrs Nana and she had such a pleasant vibe and not to mention the way she cleaned my choppers was amazing! It was like my mouth was at a mouth spa! Thanks everyone for such an amazing experience

Absolutely the worst experience of my life was dealing with this dentist office. Even 7 years later I am suffering because of their lack of care. I received a root canal by them, and they left fragments/nerves. I complained of pain for months after the surgery and no one would listen. They have my baby sister cry because of how RUDE they were. They would make comments about how bad my teeth were while working on them.

My lock haw was pried open after wisdom tooth surgery as well. I was homeless and just got insurance, of course I would be in bad shape. It’s unprofessional and disgusting how they treat people. Do not do business with them until they get rid of the people that have been treating their patients inhumanely.

Disappointed by Lack of Basic Consideration for a New Patient How difficult would it have been to call another patient with an afternoon appointment to ask if they’d be interested in switching to an earlier time once that slot became available—especially knowing I’m a new patient at risk of losing my appointment entirely and having to wait until October? A simple courtesy call or slight adjustment could have made all the difference. This wasn’t about demanding special treatment—it was about basic customer service and a willingness to go even slightly above and beyond for someone new to the practice. This lack of care and flexibility shows me what to expect long-term, and that’s not a relationship I want to build.

I’m now looking for another provider—not just because of the inconvenience, but because of the principle behind it.
