Do not bring your child there if under 5 The doctor is not workable and does not listen to the assistant. Try making a 3 yr open his mouth and stated this is why I don't come in I can't work with him. Understandable but be respectful about it and not try to force a 3 yr old. His assistant was great even got my son to open his mouth to see so she could give us a referral somewhere else

Prior to becoming DeRose family dentistry, it was Dr Ely. He was my dentist from a very young age all the up until Dr DeRose took over. I had the pleasure of staying within the office up until 2007. I was only briefly with Dr. DeRose before moving out to the PNW.

I returned to Battle Creek last summer and was happy to see DeRose was still at the some familiar location. It was almost nestolgic returning. The staff were completely professional and helpful with my dental insurance even though they are not in my network. They actually reached out to me about it before my appointment to let me know and to inform me They would bill my insurance before I'd be required to pay my portion of what is left. I appreciate the fact so much that DeRose Family Dentistry is willing to work with my insurance.

I greatly respect the ease of returning to them after a long 18 yr separation. Coodos to my hygienist. She did an amazing job and communicated very well. Happy to say NO cavities! It's safe to say I will be returning in 6 months. Thank you for maintaining an amazing staff

I was removed from the practice because they didn't like my negative feedback. The staff were wonderful but the dentist who runs this business needs to improve on how to accept constructive criticism and to know how to handle confrontation. Negative feedback is going to happen in any business!

Hands down the best office I’ve ever been to! Amazing hygienists with light handed cleanings, the crowns Dr. DeRose does are so perfect and the fillings are great too! Great with children too, my kids love coming here 10/10 recommend!
