My family had previously been going to Dr. Zhou for a few years until we moved to Kirkland, due to logistics we switched to a local family dental practice. Flash forward 3 years, I had a major complication with a recently re-filled filling on a Sunday afternoon (very painful), I called the Kirkland dental office w/ no return call (until 24 hrs later). I called Dr. Zhou, she returned the call within a half hour and had an appointment set up for me the following day.
She and her crew did an awesome job fixing my problem. In addition after each visit I would receive a follow up call from either the office staff or Dr Zhou to see how I was doing. This office is awesome! My family will now take the extra drive out of our way for our yearly visits going forward! They also do a great job with little ones. My daughter had her first dentist experience with them at the age of 3 with no complaints!

I can remember the name of every dentist I have ever had (70 years worth) and at the very top is Dr. Heng Zhou. If you want an inviting office, a super friendly staff, a top notch dentist (with a PhD) where her comments at all stages are very reassuring and where her manner is very gentle, you would choose Dr. Zhou hands down.

I would have to say Dr. Zhou took her time to explain the condition of my teeth and possible treatment plans to get my teeth back into shape. I would also say that her staff from the front desk to the dental assistants are very kind and helpful. My experience at this dental clinic was excellent and would recommend to all my friends and family. Justin.

In my 70+ years on the planet comparing 5 previous dentists I've been to, Dr. Zhou is the best. Thorough clear communicator - a very skilled knowledgeable dentist. It is easy to quickly get a convenient calendar appointment with Dr. Zhou.
My previous local dentist only available and open a few days of the week - so scheduling an appointment was always far out in the calendar. Dr. Zhou is Medicare established and welcomes Medicare patients.
