Do not go to this dentist. I had started to go here in October of 2024 and was promised to have my dentures done by Christmas time the latest. When the holidays came I still did not have my dentures in. She had completed everything other than the dentures and I had gone to multiple visits to get them remeasured. Come May of 2025 and I have an appointment to get my upper and lower dentures put in.

The upper dentures do not fit even though I had gone multiple times prior to constantly get remeasured. However the bottom dentures fit and she put them in, but it didnt matter because it only took a 15 minute drive home and just talking for them to fall out and poke my tongue. When I had taken them out, I rinsed it off, went back to the dentist and dropped the dentures off. I asked the front desk assistant if it was going to take another 8 months for them to put my dentures in because thats how long I have waited for them to put them in and still no teeth. I had also asked if I had to wait another hour and a half for the doctor to see me and I left.

I had called in and asked when my next appointment was and they mentioned to me that it was on May 27th and when I had walked in, they mentioned that I had no appointment. They have considered what I said in my previous visit as "rude" even though I was asking out of frustration and has stopped providing me service. They claim that I had not gone to my appointment but I did and after 8 months of constant waiting, paying thousands of dollars, and them pulling my teeth to tell me that they are no longer servicing me any more. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and if you are getting your service done here, get ready to wait a long time for anything to get done.
