This practice gave my 6 year old daughter multiple root canals on her baby teeth. I was told if I didn’t like ALL the suggestions that I would have to take her somewhere else. (In a cold and uncaring manner) I genuinely thought I was doing what was best for my child… I wish I did go somewhere else… ANYWHERE ELSE. Because she came back to me completely traumatized. It’s been years and she still remembers feeling unsafe, crying while they continued to work on her until she threw up, screaming for her mother, while they ignored her cries until their job was done. She was in absolute hysteria after they gave her to me - until she cried herself to sleep.

She has not been able to go back to the dentist normally ever since. Every time it stirs up panic and causes her to have a meltdown. I genuinely question what happened back there because I was not able to go back with her. Without a doubt in my mind she was 100% traumatized by destination smile. YEARS later - she still hyperventilates when she has to go to the dentist (never did that to ANY dentist before her experience with Destination smile) If you have young children - this is not the place for you. In my opinion- they over treat and over charge all while taking your kids in the back to strap them surf board style to the chair to drill into their face while give them no numbing agents for pain - just laughing has - clearly not enough.

(Behind closed doors where parents cannot intervene if it becomes too much for the child) They are money hungry monsters. My suggestion is to get a second opinion. Or avoid them at all costs. I stopped bringing my children years ago - and still have to deal with the aftermath of how this dentistry handled my children. Good luck to anyone considering this dentist. I hope it’s strictly cleanings you’re going for… may God be with you for anything else!

Dr. Tingling has been my 4 children’s dentist for the last 10 years! I found her on Google when my 2 yr old (now 12!) had a freak accident and lost his front tooth. They were so attentive, caring, and accommodating! So our family’s journey to a happy, healthy, perfect smile began 😊 We have since relocated from when we found the office, but we continue making the trip to see our favorite dentist and her awesome team.

Office always looks impeccable & the team is always courteous and sweet! All four kids (ages 3-12) LOVE going to their dentist appts which is more than I can say even for myself. Dr. Tingling is a gem and has become a part of our family!
