This was my first time coming to this dentist. I had seen all the bad reviews and was worried that my experience wasn’t going to be good. Starting off with cleanliness my boyfriend and I both agreed that it was clean and sanitary. We didn’t see anything off putting or anything that would be a safety or hygienic thing. Employee attitude was great.

The staff were all kind and friendly, none of them were rude and they were very helpful and were kind when answering questions. They were understanding of me having pain in between my wisdom teeth and were able to help me get in for another appointment for an extraction. Wait time was not long nor was my time when getting my teeth cleaned. They were fast, but were also very efficient when it came to cleaning and checking my teeth. There weren’t any long waits in between the assistant getting the doctor like how it is at every single other office which is super nice because sometimes it feels like other places forget about you, but here they don’t.

Overall my experience was great here and I will be coming back, so hopefully my extraction for teeth will be a good experience as well, I have high hopes for that. Also i don’t know about the comments of staff not answering? I have needed to call twice now to make appointments and they were efficient when putting me on hold one time.

This dentist has the worst customer service.. They never answer the phones. You can leave voicemail messages and they never get back with you.. I’m sure they will answer to this review faster then a call back..

I had a root canal done and the dentist cemented 2 of my teeth together and didn't tell me. I went in 2 days ago and have 2 temporary crowns put in. When the dentist separated my teeth, he put a huge long drill chop out of my 3rd tooth that had nothing wrong with it. The chopped tooth is cutting my cheek apart. Hot and cold hurts so it's obviously going to need a root canal. I broke a tooth 2 days before Thanksgiving and they didn't get me in until January 9.

I had to go to a care center for infection. After that antibiotic was gone I woke up with a fever and pain and had to go to the hospital. They fired the female dentist that was really talented. My root canal she did is great. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone now that the good dentist is gone. Karyn Wylie
