First visit was great second visit a little attitude. They claimed the office would call me back to make an appointment, it's been a month they have not called me. I called them the girl wanted to argue with me claiming the computer called me and they believe their computer because it's automated.

I went and checked all of my caller ID they never called they just like to argue. I do not recommend this place

OMG Dr Bao….i hope I spelled it correctly…..YOU ARE AMAZING! I have such high anxiety about tooth extractions but know it was necessary. He made the experience amazing. He was quick with it too. Also was pleased that the office accepted care credit as a form of payment. So convenient.

DO NOT GO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! I didn't want to give any stars but you can't post a review unless you do, so there's their 1 star. After reading the reviews on here, I can confirm they don't care about their patients and have a non-compassionate doctor there by the name of Dr. Bao. They told me I needed to get (4) fillings done on the top row, front teeth. The procedure was completed on Jan. 8th. Jan. 9th I went back to complain about the pain I was in. I told them it was due to the fillings not being applied correctly. It caused me to have an overbite and misalignment, to which I NEVER HAD PRIOR TO GOING TO THEIR OFFICE! I WISH I'D NEVER GONE TO THEIR OFFICE!!!! THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME A MASSIVE BILL FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BESIDES CAUSE ISSUES ME, ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER! It's now, Mar. 2nd and I have terrible pain on both the top and bottom rows of my teeth on ONLY ON THE LEFT SIDE of my mouth because that's where the fillings were uneven at. I tried going to another dentist but was informed there's an issue with my Indiana insurance.

However, the case, I shouldn't have to go to another dentist, if DR. BAO would have just taken his time and listened to me in the first place. INSTEAD, DR. BAO WAS SO MUCH IN A RUSH TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT. HE WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION TO HIS CURRENT PATIENT (ME) IN HIS CHAIR. DR. BAO would constantly talk over me, when I tried to explain what I was feeling. I started tearing up while in the back with him and his assistant, because I couldn't believe the treatment I was receiving. Then just rushed me out of the office. His explanation as to why I had pain was because I just had the procedure done on Jan 8th, and it was then Jan. 9th, what did I expect, its going to take some time! Those were his exact words. Jan.

15th I went back to their office to get the doctor's name. The receptionist provided it and then asked was there something she could help with. When I told her my issue, she could tell I was upset, she said, "Oh", looked down, shrugged it and continued working. I just shock my head and left the office. I've reached out to few attorney's to see what my options are, and thank goodness I found something. Stay Tuned. . . . .

It was so nice being here, the people are so welcoming. They help you with anything. I didn’t had any trouble with anything. The dentist is also nice. Totally recommended!!!
